Photography Session 2

Edited Photo 1 using

Photoshop and Black and White effects, and was taken against a white background and it also gives a good effect.

This is the first models picture and

gives good lighting effects, but it could be better if you couldn't see the light in the background.

This is a

black background picture, which also could be better because you can see the top of the black background a little bit faded.

Another use of

black background pictures, but again this could be better if it wasn't faded at the top.  

This is a good use of a picture

for the white background because it gives a good effect, and a good portrait picture.

Experimental Photography- Painting with light

I dont think this picture

is very good because you can still see the face, and not around the whole body. A way of improving this is making the background black so it the person stands out.

This is an edited version of the one at the top, and like i said before i have made the background black, which makes the image stand out better. Firstly i cropped the image out then i used the Paint Bucket to fill in the background.

This also is not a

because you can see me in the background. I could improve this by not breaking the line around the body and try to edit the picture in photoshop.

This is a better photo because

you can see the body lifting sort of. This could also be better by trying to edit out my feet at the back and go around the face more. Also you could make the background white to give the person a better effect.

This photo is an edited version of the top one. I think the white background makes it stand out more, but the effects could of been done a little bit better. I used the crop tool to cut it out, then coloured in the background with the white paint brush. 

This looks good because you can see

around the shoes, and it gives a good effect and also could be edited a little bit in photoshop.

Another one which is good because you can see the shoes, and it gives a good effect on the shoes.

This is a really bad photo because you cant

see much happening, but it good editted because the background becomes blacked out.

                                                              This is an example of a Experimental photo, and it is good because it is close up and you can see the detail in the water.

A picture of some

animals to show another example of Experimental photography, and this is another example of a close up which i think is good because you can see the detail.

This is another close up version of the two animals, and you can also see the detail on them.

The last picture for

experimental photography, which i think is a good picture because the camera angle has changed and you can see it from a different perspective.

Botanical Gardens Photography

This is the waterfall at

Botanical Gardens, which i think is a good picture because of the effect the water gives off.

This is one of the greenhouse

leafs growing, which i like because you can see the detail of the leaf. 

These are a few plants

outside that were in the Botanical Gardens, which i don't really like because there not that colourful

and dont really stand out.

This is one of the rare chinese

plants that are in the Botanical Gardens, which i like because of its smooth and white texture.

This is an example of the wildlife

at the Botanical Gardens, which is good because it shows they care for the community of animals.

Another example of the

wildlife, which is also nice to see they care for animals.

These are a few of the more common

plants growing, which give off nice colours and stand out and i like this.

Some fruit that was at the Botanical

Gardens, where you can see the detail inside the Orange.

This is another small waterfall in Botanical Gardens, which fits in with all the plants there and looks really nice with all the different things there.

These are a few more indoor plants, which

are look good by themselves, but not with all the other plants.

A colourful purple plant, which is planted

outside the Botanical Gardens which doesnt look really good because its not that attractive and not many people see it.

Artist Research - Gerogia O'Keefe

Gerogia O'Keefe was an American Artist who died in 1986. She had become one of Americans most modern artists, within a decade of herself becoming a painter she had inspired many women in America.

She had carved out significance for American artists, expecially women.
